We were shocked by how nice this place was. Tidy. Quiet. Open. Relaxed. Aesthetically pleasing. Pleasant breakfast. Easy parking. Nice bed. My wife LOVED the claw foot tub. When booking, we were asked if we had any special requests, and as it was our 16-year anniversary, I made one. It was fulfilled! I was very happy. Above all, we felt safe and secure. We have been in very nice or elegant places that still felt like we were in sketchy locations; not so here. We would definitely return.

The staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpful! All the drivers (we used three - sorry if I misspell the names - Adam, Dennis, and Jesse) who drove shuffle buses served as a great first contact with the hotel. They were willing to give us advise where to go /or not to go, what is the background to the town etc. Reception staff was exceptional, too. Again, I only remember two names - Jimmy and Emily - but all were great. I have always seen eager to help face there. Always ready to solve any request. Overall, the facility is great for the purpose we needed - professional services. It is safe location. No expensive Lyft ride to Vancouver in Washington to see a nice cosy new waterfront (suggested ty reception, how else) - we had wonderful dinner there, to downtown Portland - if you want to do it. The hotel facilities are just fine - I even try indoor pool which WAS HEATED and jacuzzi. Dit not manage to go to gym, but it seemed to be well equipped. The breakfast was just fine, might only get a bit too repetitive if you stay longer (which was not our case). Just to summarize - next time in Portland again in this hotel.

Great location, very clean and tidy. When our arrival time was pushed back to late evening after a long journey we could check in easily from comprehensive instructions given.
