    Breakfast was okay, the room was nicer than expected with a good bathroom and amenities. It was quiet at night as we stayed at the back of the building. It's a nice Motel and reasonably clean. The location is okay, about a 10-minute drive to the city centre. There is a petrol station with a store within walking distance.

    Kim makes a different hot breakfast for each day of your stay. Hot items egg dish/pancakes was served with fresh fruit, coffee and Juice. Good start to the day. House has a game room and pool table in dining area and a nice outdoor 2nd floor porch where guest rooms are. Kim was great host and had helpful suggestions on attractions. Neighborhood was quiet and we slept well during our stay. Farewell homemade cookies was a nice touch.

    Beautiful home, great location, close to town but not too close, so quiet nights sleep. Kim is a consummate hostess and they've done a wonderful job refurbishing the property. Recommend without hesitation and we'll be back!
