A really nice place with friendly host, named Mark. Its almost located at the front row with view to the sea and the boathouse. Nice and clean bedrooms with comfortable beds. Huge bathroom. Pool with sunbeds and a table with 6 comfi chairs. Outstanding view with palms for your sundowner. Mark has a little cute dog named Eni. We loved here.

Great property with many facilities and really well equipped. Location was quiet, safe and friendly. We had a great time and were delighted with our accommodation. The host was clearly committed to providing a great vacation experience to guests, lots of thoughtful touches and the guest manual gave us some great tips for our stay in the area.

Exceptional stay and hospitality! Except for the beautiful placeand the great location, our stay felt more like visiting a dear friend's cozy home than a typical bed and breakfast. Every detail exuded warmth and a genuine desire to make us feel at home, creating an unforgettable experience that was the highlight of our Florida trip. Bob made us really feel home and was attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended and would definitely come back when we will come to SW Florida again.

I boooked this villa as a travelagent for clients. They were so happy with the accomodation. Clean, spacious in a quiet location. They had a minor problem when they checked in. But even it was in the middle of the night the host helped us out and was easy to reach. Excellent service!
