Wonderful little family guesthouse in a very quiet neighborhood, that I am always coming back to when in Bangkok. This time I was able to leave my luggage to go on a 10 day trip south with no extra charge. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are beautiful decorated and very clean. AC works great and it was great to have a small balcony. 20 min walking distance to Khao San Area and 8 min walk to Thewet Pier where you can catch the ferries to the main seight seeing areas. Lot’s of good street food around.

This was such a beautiful surprise! The hotel is very very clean and the decor in the lobby and the bedroom is absolutely magnificent. I loved the attention to detail and the overall cozy feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They knew we had a super early flight to catch and would miss breakfast so they offered us afternoon tea as a replacement. And let me tell you, it was so so delicious! The hotel is located in a quiet part of Bangkok which is a nice change from the hustle and bustle. I will be staying here again next time!

There are 3 rooms, soft cotton sheets, cold AC, and an outstanding breakfast including fried rice, stir fried pork, and a huge plate of fruit (we ordered the Thai breakfast). The host will go out of her way to make your stay exceptional, including buying a baby pool for my kids to help us cool off after a day exploring! The location is great being within walking distance to Khoa San, Jay Fai, and the Imperial Palace/Wat Po, while maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel. We highly recommend this place!!
