I would like to say that this location is great, and not for one night as we stayed , even longer. Food was exceptional and service provided by the owners was amazing. I would like to say that from now we planned only to stay here in our trip to Italy. Great place and staff.

Yes, they are there, but for a good reason - to keep things in order, be safe and respect other guests, so everyone is happy and satisfied. If you understand this, you'll love staying here. Host was very nice and the rooms were very clean. The bathroom and showers are separate from the bedrooms but it is still a nice a comfortable place for the location.
