I had an outstanding stay at this hotel! The host, a passionate bike lover, even offered guided tours, which was a fantastic way to explore the area. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the city center, with a supermarket right across the street. Despite my late check-in, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade at no extra cost. We loved the warm atmosphere and the location of the guesthouse! Super close to the highway, yet sufficiently distant so that one can hear only the sound of nature and nothing else. Room was very spacious and cosy. It was so easy reaching Smarjeske Toplice, the thermal spa center, the beautiful natural hypothermal spring Klevevz, Otocec and many others all reachable on foot, by bicycle (that the guesthouse lends to the guests for free) or by car. Zorko was an amazing host, very pleasant to talk to, willing to help at any point! We also enjoyed his breakfast very much! I am sure to repeat a stay with my family or friends!

Great breakfast. Fun place to stay on a Saturday night as they had live music downstairs. Great place to read a book in a hammock, play pool or sunbathe by the pool.

Its 1 km from nearest train station, a bit further from the city center of Novo Mesto. Kind people working there, we did not eat their dinner, something we regret, but we had cheap tasty breakfast both days.
Mira and Mirko were exceptional hosts. They took out booking at the very last minute, gave us a tour of their boutique vineyard including snacks and wine tasting! Mira even drove my wife to the local store to get some groceries. So welcoming and generous! The accommodation was cosy clean and comfortable. Its set on a gorgeous property with incredible views of the local countryside and township. Definitely try to stay here for a night or two if you are passing through the area.
We arrived late in the evening and were greeted heartily by Mira and Mirko with bread and wine. They are great hosts and we enjoyed our short stay very much! The little house has everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean. The landscape we saw in the morning is wonderful and peaceful. We will come back again! Thanks a lot for the hospitality!
