Superb, modern, air conditioned, fully equipped and spacious apartment. The owners could not have been more helpful with questions I had about access and travel. Excellent door code system. Nice breakfast in local friendly bakery (brush up on your French!). We didn't need it but there was sufficient private parking at property and nice balcony. Regua is good base for exploring Douro region. Lidl closeby.

This is a remote location which after 5 weeks of heavy travel was much appreciated, beautiful views. The earlier reviews noted it was smart to bring my own food which I did. It was a wonderful retreat for a few days! This place is clean it is comfortable and the host is the absolute best. Daniel made sure I found his spot by guiding me there himself due to a road closure, the next day when I got turned around he helped me again. He is gracious very accomodati g and makes awesome PORT!

It is amazing location in a local wineyard. For 1-2 nights it is a spot worth to stop. The owner of the vineyard is a real expert of what he is doing. We had a dinner with a very good wine tasting with plenty of information about Douro valley, specialities of wine production. On top of that the wine and porto we tasted was extremely good. We reccomend the place a lot!
