It was centrally located, clean and along the Camino path. The host was very communicative and even helped us arrange for bag pickup. Very great service! Loved that it was close to restaurants and the cute old town.

The location was perfect. Right across the street from a grocery store. The apartment was spotless , roomy with a full kitchen. Our host Cristina was so friendly and helpful. She arranged a taxi for us to pick us up after doing a portion on the Camino. Highly recommend Casa da Travessa!

Casa Victoria screwed upour reservation, but they admitted it and ate considerable cost to make sure we had a nice place to stay. It was either a 4 or 5 star hotel that we ended up in. Further out than we might have preferred, but beds were comfortable and all was well. I felt sad for the owners of Casa Victoria but give them high marks for their response.

I did not expect this type of room, this was like going to a Hotel room , very clean big bedroom and huge Bathroom with HOT WATER and super clean, the Host was very accommodating and very helpful with directions , I will most definitely return to this place when I need to come back here and very highly recommend this place

A modern and well maintained location directly in the city center. Very well maintained, spotlessly clean. Communication was easy and very welcoming, the place quiet and spacious. The living room has a nice little eclectic library!
Upon arrival from the Camino Portuguese, the host met us, took the time to sit down and chat a bit while explaining the workaround of the guest house, and then mentioned that we could purchase (1 euro) cold refreshment directly at the property. The pool was also very enjoyable and clean. There is also a shuttle (free) that will take you from the accommodation to the restaurant in town! Very nice place to stay in Rubiaes!

Lovely property - well worth the 1km or so off the Camino track. We found it easily using Google maps from Rouleta bar (on the track) although Isabelle offered to pick us up. Quiet, peaceful, spotless room. All the guests were picked up and taken to dinner at a local restaurant - Pilgrims grilled chicken meal was enough for 2. Excellent host!
Great place to stay in the Camino! Very quiet and clean. Helmut is so nice and a great host! The views are amazing and swimming pool is very well maintained. Transport arranged to and from the restaurant. Definitely recommend!
