    Owners have made some very good changes to improve rooms and grounds. Car park is not in front of rooms so it’s much more appealing. KB is a great host and the gardens are well set up and relaxing.

    Greeted by the host,showed around. Left lovely bottle bubbles, crackers,nuts, and cheese for us. Great location. Very quiet area. Easie walking to the wharf and restaurants, close to the shopping center.

    A beautiful avocado grove with acres to wander through with orchard and vegetable garden. The hosts were very helpful and generous offering breakfast and fresh fruits, wine and beer in fridge on arrival. Private, quiet location just a short drive to town and wonderful harbour and beach of Whangamatā.

    A fabulous stay in a lovely destination. Des was a great host and even left snacks and drinks complementary for us to enjoy which was a lovely touch. The neighbourhood was quiet and only a few minute walk to shops and eateries, the beach a little further but still within 5-10 minutes from the property. Although Des lives above, we never heard him. Thank you and we will be back in the future.

    Friendly and helpful host at check in. The apartment had everything you could need. Great location close to the quiet harbor. And close to awesome bush and beach walks. Loved our stay, thank you!
