This place is just awesome! The rooms are clean and tidy. The view of lawn from window is beautiful. The staff is very supportive and cooperative. Free water and microwave for all. Relaxing and peaceful environment. All daily life necessities at few mins drive.

The proprietors, Didi and Nanthi, are wonderful hosts. From the moment I arrived I felt like I had come home. I've been travelling for 3 months and Ocean Lodge is the best place I've stayed. if you are the type of traveller who would rather not stay in a big hotel, make your way to the Ocean Lodge. The rooms are super cozy, the bed is so comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, the location is quiet. You hear birds chirping in the morning rather than road traffic noise. Breakfast is prepared to the customer's taste; eggs, omelets, toast and Swiss style meusli. Hammocks in the garden for relaxation. Didi also rents scooters for transportation. I have no hesitation to recommend Didi and Nanthi's Ocean Lodge; when/if I return to Langkawi there's no other place I want to stay. Friends for life!!!

This has been my favourite stay in 2 months travelling Southeast Asia. The hosts were so so lovely and welcoming. They gave us recommendations on what to do and even gave us some fresh bananas from one of their trees which were lovely! They also let us rent their motorbike for a very reasonable price and gave us brand new helmets. The Homestay itself is lovely, room was ideal and incredibly clean. Has everything you could want. Pool was great and cleaned every morning. Location was spot on close to the airport and beaches but in a peaceful and quiet setting. Absolutely serene I would definitely stay again and recommend everyone else to book this place it’s fab.
