I highly recommend to also try the beef soup at Mai Restaurants which is close to the area also. The unit is very clean, organized, has strong internet and the owner is very accommodating. If you want to book a tour, reach out to her also, she gives you good deal and cheaper rather than you book it from the tour company. The location is walking distance from Tanah Rata Bus Terminal around 800 meters distance. Grab is normally available during the day but very hard to book in the early morning or lte evening.

Really enjoyed the half day tour organised through the hostel. The lady on reception was so friendly and welcoming and even showed us where to clean boots after a day of hiking. The common room is awesome and big lockers are great. Not to mention the free tea! Cannot recommend this place enough for staying in Cameron Highlands.

When we arrived, the lady told us she would have changed our room the day after because the room we were in was facing the street and could be noisy at night and in the morning. We slept like babies that night, so we asked not to be moved. She's been very nice to propose this option, tho. The room is big with a table and a cupboard, the bed is comfortable. The toilets are clean and there's also a small kitchen with cups and a water (hot and cold) dispenser. Location is very convenient as it is right in front of the bus station and also close to many restaurants.
