The place is cozy and comfortable. Totally new hotel type Appartements with all the small but important details. The host is incredible nice and kind. We wanted to stay for one night, but after we saw the room decided to stay for two more. Wonderful Mariya, the owner, treated us to a plate of national food and delicious desserts, which cannot but add another 10 points to this place))) Highly recommend ❤️

Very nice place, pretty close to the beach (Petrovac main beach is at 500m, Lucice at 900m). Cleaning + towel change and garbage disposal were done daily. The bedsheets were changed every 3-4 days. Marija was very helpful by recommending a doctor nearby to look at my ear which was causing some pain. Bathroom was just like in the pictures, looked like a recent upgrade was done. No issues with hot water, but there was a pretty big fluctuation of the water temp while showering. Although the property does not have private parking, the owner offered a parking space just across the property, which the ability to reserve it. Parking cost was 5EUR/day. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this accommodation! The place is brand new and beautifully modern, impeccably clean, and comes with incredibly friendly hosts who went out of their way to accommodate our every request. It's also conveniently located relatively close to the beach. A truly wonderful experience!

Perfect location - to the city center you have to go downstairs and 20 metres. To the beach - go 20 metres further. And despite it's closeness to the center, it's still quiet and peaceful. Good contact with host.

Superb location. Very nice and newly renovated apt. Clean and tidy. Spotless. Spacious enough for all home activities. Beautiful view. Seafront properties and very close to all cafes and resturants. Building is right at the main Petrovac beach. Very close to a major chain Market Voli.

Everything was great! The owner was very nice and she gave us all informations we needed. She also helped us with choosing beach for the day. I colud only say that this was beautiful place to stay. From the balcony you have sea view, and the beach "Lučice" is 10 min of walk from the property! Everything was very clean also and very nice. We will come back for sure! :D Note: You have private parking-this was important for us :)

Mirna i lepa lokacija , parking mesto ko dolazi kolima zna koliko to znači , sve je čisto ,novo,funkcionalno , ispred apartmana je izdvojena terasica okružena zelenilom ..3 minuta hoda do setalista (gradske plaze) do plaže Lučice 10ak 15 min hoda (kolima 3minuta) ,prodavnica na 10m .. Nada je izuzetno ljubazna i predusretljiva. Ko zeli da pobegne od gužve topla preporuka 🤗
