Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace.

The atmosphere at the quest house was quite informal, so therefore very comfortable. The host, Kamijo, was enormously the reason for this. He handled requests from his guests with ease and a sense of calmness, hence creating a relaxing situation for everyone staying there. I would definitely stay there again when visiting the Chiba City area or even Tokyo area, and I will probably bring my family with me as there is a remarkable family room that could accommodate several members (4+) of the family, and even friends!

    Great location within easy 5 minute walk to train station. Quiet and safe area. Room was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English enough to help make check-in easy. Lobby and hotel exterior were very nice. Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

    Joe instantly made me feel at home, I couldn’t really ask for a nicer host. The house was beautiful and the location was stunning. Traveling on ny own can get lonely but Joe made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend staying at Guesthouse Oomiya Base.

    The host couple was really kind and fun and their attentiveness to the details were exceptional. The building itself was a former Japanese pub and the features were unique. Everything was clean and the bath was amazing. I will definitely return if we are in the area, and I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

    Great location. Close to the biggest stations. Clean. English speaking staff. Got myself a room with a great view and massage chair. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is at least 2000 Yen cheaper than some of it's not so great competitors.

    Great location. The small table and chairs in the room were nice to have. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Having the city airport bus right there was very convenient.
