Very well located boutique hotel , just in 5 min walking distance from the Rialto bridge and in 2 walking distance from Vaparetto stop. Perfect location to investigate Venice. Close there you can find a lot of local restaurants and bars. Good sound isolation in the hotel, we never heard people walking close to our room. Friendly staff, always keen on helping you. Nice interior design, typical Venetian style. Good sized room with the calm street views. Nice size of bedroom and bathroom. The modern shower with a good water exit. You could even find the anti-mosquitos liquid prepared for staying in the hotel.

Very good location whether you arrive via air, or via train. 15 minutes walk from St. Lucia train station and also if you are traveling from the airport, last stop of the airport transfer is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It is very lovely place, very old-italian-like and as soon as you enter into the main entrance, you like it immediately. The host was amazingly friendly, very lovely person eager to explain everything and answer to any questions we had. You can also leave your luggage after check out as long as you want. I highly recommend staying there, if you want to experience very lovely stay.
