This is a great place to stay if you want to see Florence because the train station is 5 minutes from the accommodation and with the train you will be able to be in Firenze Santa Maria Novella in 30 minutes. The place is very clean and cosy. The host is also very kind, we need iron and she brought us next day. I definitely recommend this place.

Where did really enjoy the location, the space and more than anything else, the kindness, the service and the availability of the owner of the house. It’s good quality accommodation pretty central when it comes to the location., and really rapid to cool down as well in the middle of the summer

Great location right in the center of San Miniato. Recently refurbished, modern and cosy apartment, with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was very good, with all the necessary equipment. It felt like being at home. Nice hosts, friendly welcome.
The view was fantastic, and the place was so peaceful. The highlight was the cat in the morning coming to say hello outside our bedroom. Stefano was a great host, very friendly and knows where to go when we want to avoid the crowd of the touristic places. He recommended the San Filippo hot springs, Certaldo town and many little gems.

Amazing stay at le Mammole, the host are extremely nice , you will feel like home. The garden and terrasse has the best view on the village of San Miniato and the typical landscape of Toscany. Super quiet area, Located less than 10 minutes by car from San miniato center. Highly recommended !! There is a small charge of 5 euro / person if you want to use the swimming pool, it s a fair deal considering the room price are low compare to the high quality of this place.

The host, Elena, was amazing - friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Cottage is beautifully renovated. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet air con, strong shower, and little balcony with views to die for! 5 minute walk from historic and character-filled San Miniato.

We had a lovely stay at Agriturismo Bellavista. Started our days there with great breakfast, during which we got useful tips from our host. Had our morning coffee with a beautiful view. Location was great so we could easily reach by our car all the places we planned to visit. Days finished with an evening swim in the pool, which our kids loved.

Great location in the city center (can be as a big minus too - the night we stayed was extremely noisy thanks to cars and especially scooters under our windows (which is not the building's nor host´s fault obviously :)) Just in case if you´re looking the quiet place, our room was not the right one.
