The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50.
I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.

Our stay here was amazing. Instructions on how to reach the apartment were clear and easy to follow, the city of Pistoia was calm, cozy and not overcrowded. The apartment looked great, especially the bathroom. There was working AC and also small bialetti coffee maker with few capsules of coffee for us. Bed was incredibly comfortable. It was probably one of the best places ive ever stayed in (regarding this money range).

While traveling to Livorno, my family needed a place to stay overnight. The owners were extremely welcoming, even assisting me in parking the car with a trailer in their driveway. The B&B has a great location in an antique building (very well maintained) right in the city center of Pistoia. The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was helpful and easy going. Beds are comfortable. Feels like home!

It is strategically located in front of the train station (it's a nice area, we walked in the evening) and very close to the city centre (5 mins walking).
A supermarket open till late is right next to the buidling.
The location was very convenient , at the foot of the hills in very quiet and pleasant surroundings, yet within easy reach from the city center ( by car). the hosts were very friendly and helpful
