Far exceeded all expectations, punches far above its weight class. Delia appears to be somewhat of a national treasure and makes consistently phenomenal breakfasts every day. All employees in every area were pleasant, professional, and competent.
Room was small but modern, comfortable, and complete. High quality soap and shampoo, etc.
I would definitely recommend this place. Found it by “accident” on booking.com.

Confession to begin…I prefer smaller accommodations…less wait times and admin to deal with.
First thing which drives you to consider / select an accommodation or not is location - box ticked, It’s perfect.
So why does this accommodation make me a repeat customer ? The room…Describing the room leads me to an almost strange contradiction - it conveys this feeling of opulence but yet minimalism. Well it just works…and works really, really well. I get some people will prefer having lots of amenities in larger properties, but i like to think these owners have actually realised what the core business is and focused on delivering on that. Sounds obvious right - but it’s that feeling of being in a place which lets you feel comfortable, at ease and a little pampered. This is where they truly excel…it’s getting right that thing we lay on, settle into under the covers, with hopefully some nice reflections of the day gone and optimism for the next one ahead - the bed.
Whilst here, you won’t queue for breakfast, wait for a slot to use the spa, or wait in line for check in or out. You will however, spend approximately 8 hours of your time in perfect horizontal bliss and this is what all accommodations should strive for.

The reception girl is so kind and friendly. She shows me the room personally and taught me how to use the key to unlock the door,
The location is good, near O'connell street. The pub is good too.
The room is clean and value for money.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great location, rooms are very clean. On a budget it was excellent value right in the city centre in walking distance to everywhere. It was quiet considering the location and we had young children with us
A very pleasant hostel. Quiet, very comfortable bed, nice communal area and view of the city from the balcony. Good atmosphere. Helpful staff. The location is in an old part of the city, a residential area with interesting shops and cafes. No traffic noise at night because the hostel is on a very quiet residential street. Within walking distance of Heuston train station (about 10 mins) and also within walking distance of the city centre but there are also bus stops nearby.
The apartment was fabulous, quiet street and stunning building with a lot of history. Our host was pleasant, professional & courteous. The city centre is within 10/15 min walking distance. Parking is available outside the building, at a cost. We were delighted to be able to bring our dog who was also made very welcome.
It is a quaint Cottage in a great location for where I needed to get to. The host is charming and very pleasant to deal with who knows the importance of communicating with guests. Thank you for that.
I was working most of the time so only really used the place to sleep but it was a comfortable and
"Cosy" stay. There were some really thoughtful touches: a welcome card ( hand written!), tea and coffee, condiments and even a little handy first aid tin - loved that!
GREAT hostel! Right by the second stop from the Dublin express and you are immediately in the Temple Bar area. The hostel is quiet and clean and there is staff 24/7 in case you need anything. Perfect for solo female travellers! Also great location if you plan on doing bus tours throughout Ireland as most bus pick up locations are within a 10 minutes walk. I would definitely stay here again.
Great location in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Very easy to get the dart train straight into the city centre.
