The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, nice AC, complementary coffee and water. The property was very nice. The hosts were beyond wonderful, they let us check in at 2am because our bus was late, they even drove us to the ferry terminal when we left and gave us so much help negotiating fares. They even gave us a lift to the ATM. Really lovely hosts who go out of their way to make your stay feel easy and homey.

    This guesthouse is really amazing. The staff are exceptionally nice, friendly and so helpful. The boss picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station for a reasonable price, even when our bus was delayed. We easily rented a scooter for a day which is preferable if you want to spend time in and around town. The room was very clean and spacious, one of the best at this budget we have stayed in. Definitely recommend this place.

    It was so cheap. Extremely clean. Wifi was good. They gave us a little water. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was good. Shower pressure is pretty good for Indonesia. They provided bodywash. Honestly, they seemed to have fixed most of the issues from the older reviews. Highly recommended!

    Great option for staying in Sumbawa Besar - maybe the most comfortable mattress I ever had in Indonesia. Bright clean and large room with everything you need for a short stay. The host also helped arrange airport taxi (but should arrange ahead of time or get a grab 15-30 min)
