The location is not far from Kuta (5 minutes by scooter or car). The Air conditioning is super cold and nice. The shower is very nice and working really well, with a huge amount of water. They clean the room daily (upon request), so its really like a hotel. The place is very quite make it an ideal place to stay. The host is very friendly and trying really hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The wi-fi work perfectly and the TV is huge and have plenty of channels to watch even perfect if you have kids. What you get is even better the the pictures. The room is well managed, should you need more perhaps you can ask the host, I am sure they will try to help to the best of their ability.
