Very nice and cozy place. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Our room was spacious, with kettle, fridge and air conditioning. Water can be taken in the cooler (cold and hot), tea and coffee is available. There is a kitchen with microwave on the first floor. Breakfasts are available for a fee, but we did not use them. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a supermarket. The neighborhood is very quiet (despite the trains passing by sometimes). It is a private sector with a lot of luxury houses, so we felt safe and secure. On the territory there is a swimming pool where it is nice to refresh in the heat.

The room was small , very basic and smelly. The bathroom was so tiny that I had to be careful not to touch the not very clean walls and most importantly it didn’t have a sink! the shower was another issue as it was pointed to the walls instead of my head so I had to hold it during my shower. No outside area to sit. I was on the second floor and climbing those tiny stairs wasn’t easy! I also that once customer ( Guus) wrote 5 different reviews on and gave this place a score of 10!
