The hosts were friendly, good location close to the city centre. Breakfast was served. Room was airconditioned. Hist was accommodating with a very late check in. The facility is someone's home were the rooms are rented out.

Julian's guesthouse represented a good value in Georgetown. The price was good. Jillian was very honest and friendly. The guest house was well located close to a main road but not noisy.

My stay at the Durban hotel did not feel like I was at a hotel. It felt like home, the entire Hotel was very quiet, even though it had staff moving around & I got the best sleep of my life. I liked the timed a/c , it blew on & off, so the room wasn't too cold. I also liked the staff very much. They were very helpful and Mr Adams the owner was a great host. I would definitely recommend this place.

When I booked this apartment is was new on booking without any reviews. It looked well designed and nothing else was better in terms of value, location, and looks. The pictures speak for themselves and my expectations were 100% met. Great host who communicates well and fast. The place is brand-new, clean, and offers great comfort.

Julian's guesthouse have great price to value ratio. It's cheap, located close to Georgetown centre and shops. Julian is great owner, you can speak with him openly about everything and he will help you in whatever you need.
