We simply loved the place, just for the pure fact that it reeks of passion of it's owner Katerina. The place is filled with comfort, calmness and relaxation. Don't expect much of an activity going on, it's the quietness that we are talking about. The room on top was tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable baldachin bed, fridge, small sitting area, fair enough of a size bathroom, a gorgeous semi private balcony in front and a fantastic view down the mountain. Furthermore the place serves made to table breakfast along with some classics, but you get the choice of your extra breakfast meal every morning. Everything was delicious and served with attention to every detail. Once you stay there you will know what I'm talking about. Parking was possible outside on a quiet side street. We will definitely return one day.

Room is clean and well equipt. Very modern design. Is really close to the beach and the restaurants in Paradisos. Accomodation has access to a little garden with grill and kitchen. Cleaning is done every 3 day. Hosts are very friendly.

The location has several important advantages:
- it is located near shops and restaurants
- it is less than 100 m from the sea
- the room for 3 people (no. 3) in which I lived, seems quite spacious with enough storage space for luggage, mosquito nets and a generous balcony.
- the bedding and towels were changed every 3 days, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.
I do not recommend to those who are used to going to bed early; although pedestrian, the street can be noisy; and nearby there is a bar that closes at 1 o'clock. Not recommended for those with mobility problems, there are many steps to the 2nd floor, where the rooms are.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Everything was perfect! The studio was very comfortable and the balcony was very big ! All the furniture was new and the studio was super clean ! The location is very close to the beach and itwas very quiet...! The host and the cleaners was very kind and helpful! Also there is a parking space for your car and big garden with so many flowers and BBQ!i will come again definitely!
Saki is a great host, friend! When we arrived, he gave us all the necessary information and sunbeds for use. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, there is no crowd on the beach. We will be happy to come back again!

The hostess is incredibly welcoming and willing to help, I was deeply impressed with her warm and thoughtful attitude to the guests. The location of the hotel is outstanding - very close to the beach (which is really wonderful, coarse sand and azure sea), but aside from the streets with heavy traffic, in a cosy olive garden. It's very quiet at nights in the hotel. Despite the weather was hot the temperature in the room was very comfortable, we even had no need in switching AC on. The room is very tidy and being cleaned up regularly.
Great location just across the street to the beach. Market nearby. Free parking, sunbeds and parasol also free provided from a great host. Also a big terrace on top, unfortunately without any sunprotection so only usable early in mornings and evenings.
Cleaning and bed sheets/towels change was every 2 days.
Great location, just a few steps from the beach, very quet area, free sunbeds and umbrella from the host, Sakis, who is really helpfull and great host. The studio is nice, small toalet/bathroom, great garden around.
I loved the overall experience, cosy and comfortable house, great location, comfortable beds and couches, large kitchen, lots of things in the house that make you feel "at home", quiet and peaceful, big enough for three of us but could fit 1 or 2 more easily. Super nice host and very supportive, despite it was her first experience (and she speaks good english). No major complaints or problems, everything went very very well.
