We stayed at a very nice room with amazing view from the balcony at the front porch. The room had everything we needed and even more while it was very nicely decorated and furnished. The bed was very comfortable as well! The breakfast offered was simple but really good. Last but not least, I have to mention the very kind and pleasant hosts of the guesthouse. Definitely a place to visit again!

We couldn't ask for a better experience here. Everything was perfect for us! A secluded location where you can enjoy the mountain part of Sithonia. The guesthouse is simply gorgeous and Alam (the host) is a sweetie pie that adds extra energy to the place. ❤️

We had great time in our accomodation, view from the balcony is amazing, room is spatious and clean, and has everything you need. Garden with olives is beautiful, there is lot of parking space, owners are very nice, and they have a friendly dog. All in all very nice experience 😊

The house is amasing wooden paradise and the host are an example of Greek hospitality, perfect stay with great memories. The location is above the main road so its easy to travel around Sithonia. The place is very clean and has huge garden that we spent nights enjoying Greek music and beer. Strongly recomend staying here.

Traditional Guest House is basic but a great base for a holiday to Neos Marmaras, Greece. It is located in a charming typical Greek village with beautiful port very close to the center with many taverns and restaurants offering food for all tastes, just perfect for an evening stroll. Two beautiful beaches with the clearest waters are within walking distance. If you are traveling by car, there are many beautiful places in the area that are definitely worth a visit. The apartments are family owned and looked after by Anna. She seems to do everything and is always around to help guests with any questions they may have. She provides a detailed description of how to get to the apartment before you arrive so that it is very easy for you to find the apartment. It was a good and helpful thing and we did not have any problems on the way, we arrived easily and quickly, directly to the house. She also provides guests with a detailed map of the area she has made, with places worth visiting. This is basic, no frills accommodation but there is everything you need for life and cooking. Refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, sandwich maker, all kitchen utensils for several people, etc. Clean bed linen and a few towels are provided. Good shower pressure with hot and cold water. It is very clean apartment and very well kept and you will not get better accommodation for this money. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to spend their holidays in comfort, cleanliness and to meet wonderful hosts who do their best to make your vacation even better and unforgettable. We will definitely come back here again. We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to go home. Bonus: The owners facilitated the charging of our car by providing appropriate power line and parking space adjacent to our room.

House Roula is a nice place and clean. It is in the city center also nearby beautiful beach. The host is very friendly and positive with kids as well. We would definitely visit again :)

Everything was great, it was pretty easy to find the apartment, the host waited for us and was very helpful with everything we needed. The apartment is clean, very spacious with an amazing view, and located 5min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from the main city area with lots of shops and restaurants. Also, there is free parking around the area.
