The location has several important advantages:
- it is located near shops and restaurants
- it is less than 100 m from the sea
- the room for 3 people (no. 3) in which I lived, seems quite spacious with enough storage space for luggage, mosquito nets and a generous balcony.
- the bedding and towels were changed every 3 days, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.
I do not recommend to those who are used to going to bed early; although pedestrian, the street can be noisy; and nearby there is a bar that closes at 1 o'clock. Not recommended for those with mobility problems, there are many steps to the 2nd floor, where the rooms are.

We simply loved the place, just for the pure fact that it reeks of passion of it's owner Katerina. The place is filled with comfort, calmness and relaxation. Don't expect much of an activity going on, it's the quietness that we are talking about. The room on top was tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable baldachin bed, fridge, small sitting area, fair enough of a size bathroom, a gorgeous semi private balcony in front and a fantastic view down the mountain. Furthermore the place serves made to table breakfast along with some classics, but you get the choice of your extra breakfast meal every morning. Everything was delicious and served with attention to every detail. Once you stay there you will know what I'm talking about. Parking was possible outside on a quiet side street. We will definitely return one day.

Location is very peaceful, with lots of charm. For those who like to be close nature and peace and quiet. Amazing surroundings. Guest house is close to a traditional Taverna only 200m up the hill, that has views over the entire area and romantic sunsets. Takes only 10 minutes to get to the beach or into Neo Marmaras center.
The host was very heart welcoming. If we ever come to Sithonia we are going to came to drink one coffee with her again. Amazing host! The facility was clean, quiet and calm. The view was fascinating. Everything was super!
The guesthouse was in a delightful small village. It had superb views. There were wonderful walks in the hills up above the village. Our hostess was friendly and fun. She provided a generous breakfast.
The studios are situated in a lovely, picturesque village 10 minutes away from Neos Marmaras, surrounded by olive trees and with splendid views of the sea and Kelifos island. The place is impeccably clean, quiet, cozy and modern. Comfortable beds, nice terrace to serve dinner and admire the sunsets.

Very quiet and charming village in the nice mountain, only 5-6 km from the beaches of Neos Marmaras, enough far from crowd, enough near the sea and beach. Best place if you are with a car in Sithonia. The house is very cozy and clean. The hospitality of Giannis is unsurpassed. Every morning Mrs Tania welcomes with delicious , homemade breakfasts. The view from the balcony of each rooms is amazing. 1000% recommended for relaxing and nice summer sea vacation.
Very cosy, quiet, modern and clean apartment with a terrace and exceptional view of the sea and Kelifos island. The sunsets were gorgeous. The hosts are wonderful, Maria gave us many tips for visits and restaurants, Cristina made us a free omelette and muffins and was very sweet all round. The pool is also a very welcome feature of the villa and a great place to relax by. Our room also had a Nespresso machine!
For us this was the perfect place to stay. It was much better than staying at a hotel directly at the seaside. It was great sleeping without the need to turn airco. We had a perfect view. The room was amazing. We like the quietness of Parthenonas, and still there a few restaurants around. Breakfast that is offered at the hotel is also great. The hosts are so kind. We definitely like to go back.
The stay at Parthenon Guest House, was simply perfect. Alham is a great host, she makes you are at home. The building and decoration make is simple, greek and full of good taste. If you want a quiet and magical place Parthenonas is your village. 15 minutes from the beach and out of the touristic paths.
