The location is perfect in case you prefer to quite and peacefull places (but still not too far from the center) The apartment is small but perfectly equiped even for cooking. The bed is super confortable and large. The best part is the teracce with multiple seating options for your dinner or morning coffee. Niko is super nice and helpful, you should listen to his recommendations, definitely worth it:-) We really enjoyed our staying there.

    Beautiful house with 4 bedrooms, very efficient AC, large garden with barbecue facilities, many balconies, an amazing terrace on the roof, an outdoor shower (used very often by the ladies). The mattresses on the beds were wonderful. We wish we had such mattresses in Poland. We had a welcome Proseco with regional snacks. There was no problem with an early leaving at 5 a.m. The host arrived and was very helpful.

    It is a beautiful villa, with all you may need inside. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy it more. A beautiful, shady, big garden around. The host is very helpful. The villa is at the sea and Alykes beach is 5 minutes walking. If you fancy history and you have a car, you may easily reach, Thebes, Athens, even Delphi. The nearby island of Evia is also worth visiting: nice beaches, waterfalls, thermal baths, etc.

    Great host. Very nice and spaceous garden with pines keeps you hidden from the sun during hot days . Close location to the sea and to the main beach in the area. Car is recommended for the shopping and groceries.
