Such a convenient location for the town and the beach, and surprisingly quiet too. Very clean and tastefully renovated too. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Set in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex, this small, family-run hotel, in the pretty town of Arundel, presents itself as the ideal base for touring the South-East of England.

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the garden and with helpful staff.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
First of all I accidentally booked the room for the wrong date but owner changed this instantly for me even though he didn’t have too, not only that he upgraded my room as it was quiet too! Easy access with a coded system. Theres parking around the area free to park between 6pm-9am. Wetherspoons 2 minutes walk away and plenty of other places to choose from. Beds were comfy, very clean and room was really quirky also great heating system and air conditioning. Room had an upstairs so felt like having our own rooms. Will definitely stay again.
A lovely self contained room, with lots of light. Bed was super comfortable and the homemade granola made by the host was one of the best I've ever had!
It was clean. The host gave easy instructions for us . There were tea and coffee and a some nibbles which was nice .
