What an amazing location, overlooking the river. A period building so full of character, just how I like it. I travelled by public transport and the bus station was literally 5 mins away making it very convenient to get to.

It was a nice old traditional English pub, spacious and welcoming. Rooms nicely furnished. Great that we could just go down into the pub for our evening meal which also good. The breakfast was amazing.
