so charming, quaint and cosy, and terry and lynette were just wonderful. the place is not for minimalists which is fine by me.
Sleek design is coupled with period charm at the Lavenham Great House in rural Suffolk. This 5-star hotel and restaurant provides stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi and a complimentary decanter of sherry.

we didn't get to sample the full breakfast as we were away early. we did get some granola and oat milk the night before to have in our room - which helped stave off the hunger for a while. Many thanks for arranging this for us.
Situated in the heart of Constable Country, Poplars Farmhouse B&B is set amongst fields and trees, and is less than a 12-minute walk from Stoke-by-Nayland.

Well looked after and spotless, only and hour from where we lived but felt like paradise
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
We had a lovely couple of nights here, so peaceful and relaxing. Was blown away by the attention to details and the little extra touches that were there. David and Laura were great hosts, left you to it, but were on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely look to stay again. In fact, I did try but the dates I wanted were already taken!
Haughley House is set in a pretty, quiet Suffolk village. The house is full of historical traditionally British country character. Our hosts, Caroline and Jeffery are such friendly and accommodating hosts who made us feel welcome in their home. The room was comfortable and the breakfast beautifully presented and lots of choice. It set us up for the day. The house is close to many attractions. We visited Southwold and Orford Ness, but there is so much more in and around Suffolk. Would recommend.
The site is located on a quiet farm a few miles from Stowmarket in easy reach of A14. Rob the host was lovely and thought we hadn’t arrived and was prepared to send text to check we were ok. (We had in fact checked in and gone out to eat). The hut was well appointed and close enough to the toilet block and washing up facilities for ease of life. It was clean and comfortable. Excellent glamping accommodation.
Spotlessly clean. Charming hosts.
Comfortable accommodation. Nice quiet location.
The hosts went out of their way to ensure that everything was perfect including provisions in the accommodation beyond what was expected.
The breakfast was delicious and so were the smoothies. The apartment was charming, comfortable and in a great location. Our host made feel very welcome.
