With a restaurant and a pub, St Agnes Hotel is located in the coastal village of St Agnes, just 3 minutes’ drive from the stunning St Agnes Heritage Coast. This pet-friendly property offers free WiFi and free private parking.

The room was beautifully appointed and the bed was very comfortable with quality linen to boot. Had dinner here too and it was excellent. And even though there was a power outage, the beers were still flowing. Had to wait a little longer for our food naturally but that just gave us more time in the cozy front bar chatting to the locals. Breakfast was excellent too. All in all, we were very happy to have stumbled upon this fabulous hotel and wished we had stayed here for two nights.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Goonearl Simply Stay is a guest house set in a historic building in Scorrier, 23 km from Newquay Train Station. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The property offers barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Marnie was a wonderful host and offered great suggestions for day trips. Goonearl is centrally located for all the wonderful attractions. The guest house itself has great communal cooking facilities and comfortable shared lounges and dining. Complimentary coffee tea and pastries and fruit was a nice touch. Good to have a washing machine to use to. The bedroom was comfortable and very clean and the balcony looked over the beautiful garden. As a single traveller I felt safe and comfortable. This would be a great place for a group booking with lots of board games and books to read. A haven to get back to after a day out sight seeing. Only 2 km to the local beach..

Meeting Henry the Tibetan Terrier is worth 5 stars anyhow! But seriously ...Douglas and Tracy were great hosts and made our stay comfortable and seamless. Breakfast is DIY but at the price asked there's no reason to complain.... a very comfortable 3 room attic apartment with separate sitting and TV room ... automated heating runs on a motion sensor so you're kept warm. All fine...thank you for a pleasant stay !

everything. it was quiet, personal and the staff very accommodating as well as highly professional. The atmosphere was very relaxed and felt like a home away from home. Easy to get to but away from the crazy busy places. breakfast was outstanding and apologies I did not eat dinner during my stay but was told it was delicious by fellow guests. it has the charm of a country home but the finesse of a high end hotel. I will definitely return again on my next UK visit. A charming piece of the country with the comforts of home.

We were met by our fabulous host, Rosie who was able to give us lots of useful local information to assist us during our stay. St Agnes is a lovely little village with great character. Lovely Sunday roast at the pub in Trevanauce Cove and The Taphouse was also great for food. Fabulous coves and walks nearby. Guesthouse is a little dated but still has its great original character. Room was large and was adequate for a 2 night stay. We did not have a car but Penkerris is well served by local buses.
