Loved the character of the house both inside and out. The room was clean and tidy and the decor was suited to the age of the property. Tea, coffee and toiletries were included in the price. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. The property offered off road parking which was located at the front of the property. Breakfast offered a great choice, we had the full English breakfast which was very nice.
A recently renovated property, The Rosscourt-Adults Only is set in Bournemouth near Boscombe Beach, Eastcliff Beach. It is situated 2.9 km from Westcliff Beach and features full-day security.

In nearly 40 years we have travelled and stayed at over 100 Apartments/Hotels/B&Bs spanning 23 countries. It is in this context, that we would say that our experience at Little Robin Gate has been the best, and David (and Pumpkin) provided the perfect holiday base to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary.
The property was immaculate, from the beautifully kept gardens to our spotless room (Spa Room). David provided a warm welcome on arrival with Pumpkin the dog and was highly attentive at all times to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasurable. The room was well equipped with tea/coffee maker, complimentary biscuits (topped up every day), hair dryer etc. The spa room with a large spa bath was wonderfully relaxing at the end of the long day exploring Bournemouth and beyond.
David has set a high bar for all B&Bs and we wish him and Pumpkin continued success!

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. Lovely cute little apartment, bright, clean and comfortable, a little home from home. It was well equipped, nice kitchen and bathroom, plenty of fresh towels provided. Nice decor and decent wardrobe space with lots of hangers 🙂. Great location close to shops, Poole Quay, Poole station. A bus ride or drive to the beach. Well maintained entrance lobby, and a smooth process of getting in. Good communication from the hosts.
As a solo female traveller I felt safe. It was very quiet in the corridors and lobby.
One of our best bed and breakfast experiences so far. And we had a lot. Lovely heart-warming place with great hosts. Amazing breakfast. Our daughter had lots of fun with the 2 doggies and the toys and books that the hosts were sharing with us. Everything in this place spreads out pure Love. Cant wait to see you again. Really lovely apartment in a great location. It is a short walk into the town and the building it self was clean and quiet with a nice view of the water. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and we quickly felt comfortable there. The host Alan made it very easy to get in with clear instructions and he also reached out once we were settled on the first night to ensure everything was okay, which was nice.
