The breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the complimentary parking, although it might be a tight fit for less experienced drivers. The rooms were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. 3 large windows allowed for ample natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Nice shower, stable internet connection and we enjoyed the complimentary sweets. The honesty bar was a convenient addition, offering a variety of snacks and drinks.

Really good location, room was lovely and so was breakfast.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The property was in a very quiet location but easy walking distance to two pubs. All bedrooms were very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Lounge nice and roomy and sky TV with Netflix an added bonus. As it’s a working farm the dog had an introduction to the donkeys, wild rabbits, ducks and goats, all of which he was very interested in. The host was brilliant and communication with us was at the right level.
Location and peace and quiet. Friendly and helpful host. Lovely touch with flowers and bowl of fruit.Lots of space in property with a well equipped kitchen. A great base for places like Bath, Avebury, Melksham and Devizes.
The property was so comfortable , clean and a great location. All the food and facilities were top notch. Staff were lovely and Andy was the perfect host. The whole place had a lovely ambience.

Lovely charming property, clean and fresh, with a welcoming and quality feel, spacious room and bathroom with super roll-top bath. Very quiet and conveniently close to Town Centre. A nice relaxing stay, comfy bed, big wardrobe, old world cottage charm. Superb breakfast, very tasty, served in lovely breakfast room, and again our host was bright and cheerful, attentive, and very helpful with knowledge of the local sightseeing.
