I travelled here for the Royal Welsh Show and I'd booked late. It wasn't cheap by a long way for what I thought was "a guest house with a shared bathroom" - but I was really pleased. It's very high end. MUCH more plush than I'd expected... There's a separate WC and another WC in the bathroom too. A beautiful roll top bath in there as well. I didn't have any issue with timing clashes with other guests (which I'd feared). The bedrooms are done to a wonderfull high standard. You get to share a very large kitchen with every facility you could want (and even thr choice to pay for food and drinks from the fridge and cook them there). Gavin the owner is really nice and helped me with where to park when I first got there. Highly recommended.

Easy check-in, staff were lovely. Upgraded to a front, bay window room, with lovely views, for no extra charge. Didn't have evening meal, as we were booked to go to a nearby concert, but food we saw looked excellent. Good nights sleep, very peaceful. Superb breakfast. Will certainly stay again. Thanks.
This lovely, old stone building is at the foothills of the Black Mountains amid beautiful countryside and views of the Brecon Beacons. It has a restful feel, comfortable rooms and a free Wi-Fi zone.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Kington Accomodation is a very beautiful place situated in the quiet but stunning town of Kington. Our hosts were super freidnly and we found our way around just fine whilst visiting the Royal Welsh Show. It is the perfect place to stay when walking in the area (an acitivity I can only recommend). My dad and I felt right at home during our 5 day stay and will surely stay again when visiting that area.
The Granary is a stunning building in a lovely location. We were warmly welcomed by Jessica, who is a great host! The room was spacious and well laid out with everything we needed, and we slept well. Breakfast was great, including the lovely home grown raspberries! We'd love to stay here again, and we'd certainly recommend it.
Clean comfortable room with lovely hot water in shower.
Facilities downstairs for tea making etc and help yourself breakfast.
If you want affordable clean comfortable accommodation then this fits the bill perfectly
Very quiet road outside
Host very friendly and helpful
Stunning location. Very quiet. Perfect place to recharge your batteries. Great period property with nice garden you can walk around. Lovely host Nicola. Greeted with home made cakes. The village isn’t too far from Leominster, Hereford and Ludlow. 20 min drive to Leominster and Hereford. Lots of wildlife to see when you’re out and about. A very nice place. Would recommend if you want a quiet retreat.
If you like Blackpool promenade and everything that goes with it this probably isn’t the place for you.
Susan was a lovely host. The pub is charming with a nice feel and lots of locals in. Breakfast was great, plenty of it, good choice, cooked to order. Its an old building but a real value for money Inn.
What a great stay, a warm welcome from Nicola - large clean facilities- very bright and airy with great views, large modern clean bathroom.
Fresh fruit, flowers and cake daily by host - handy mini fridge - very comfortable beds.
Excellent facilities. Delicious full English breakfast delivered to our room. Most attentive host, who even washed a garment that had been soiled so that the stain did not set. Communication from the host before and during our stay was first rate. Quiet location, high degree of privacy. Parking next to room, which was very handy as the weather was variable.
Extremely comfortable, large room with great amenities. Nicola, our host, provided daily snacks and drinks in the room and recommendations on things to do and where to visit. Very quiet location.
Close to Hay on Wye for a little town visit.
