    Very friendly host, he took me over to meet the owner/ chef of the restaurant across the road so I could book a meal for later in the evening. He definitely went above and beyond. Lovely comfy bed and warm room. Very quiet Bathroom and toilet down the hall, both very clean with a good hot shower. Perfect nights stay

    Hotel situated in a great location for exploring Kings Lynn. Lots of beautiful buildings and historic sites to be explored. The room was clean and comfortable, with our own access to come and go as we pleased. Ben was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about our stay at the hotel. Although situated above a bar it was relatively quiet

    Great hosts, warm and friendly, room was lovely and quiet and had all we wanted for a one night stay. Great breakfasts , lovely omelette and great choice of cereal and home-made jams and marmalade !! The GF full English had the most fantastic sausages and bacon i,ve tasted for some time !!
