Ardennan House Hotel, guest house in Inverurie

The Ardennan House Hotel is a charming Scottish family run hotel which has been renovated to a nice standard with modern, comfortable furnishings. It is a 5 minute drive/25 minute walk from the centre of Inverurie and we are only 11.5 miles from Aberdeen Airport and being within Aberdeens Oil Industry it makes our hotel perfect for working as well as relaxing.

The restaurant was nice and the food was really good. The breakfast the following day was well done and tasty as well. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Remote, quite, historic. Carolyn and Chris were fabulous hosts, so accommodating. Best Breakfast ever, the fireplace, the honor bar and the dogs!

    Thainstone house is a charming 18th century mansion in Aberdeenshire, our stay was lovely and calm and quiet, the staff were very attentive and the food is amazing! We played some snooker In the games room before retiring for the evening. The place is a wonderful peace of history and the decor is marvellous, a big drawing room with an open fire to relax next to can't rate the place enough, we had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back.

    Very spacious flat with tons of room. Recently upgraded. It has a dishwasher (rare in the UK). The host provided us a lot of extra towels in case we opted to go to the beach. The kitchen had all of the utensils you need and multiple sets of dishes (so you don’t need to do dishes midway through a meal). Host was very responsive and friendly. Great location in the heart of Inverurie (but you don’t get much noise)

    It is a dated property cheap and cheerful. Admittedly it was quiet. Warm and the bed and pillows were comfy. It is basic but all I needed for a bed for the night.
