Ground floor room facing the street. It was very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood, had no trouble going to bed early (9 pm). Bed is comfortable, good choice of pillows, very clean. The house is of course a bit older, but I had no complaints about any of the cleanliness, no odors, etc. With that being said, it is still a shared house, so you don't have the sort of sound isolation you may expect in a hotel. You may hear people coughing or going into their respective rooms, but nothing that I would consider to be disruptive at all. The other guests were all very quiet too.
