As I explained in my previous email your website wrongly led us to believe we were booking bed and breakfast. It was a shock to realise breakfast was not included. However, we had a very comfortable stay and found the faciities very good and Nicki and Bryan very helpful. We travelled from London for a wedding and I did not realise that check-in was at 5 pm (my fault, i didn't read the details) - so we needed somewhere to get ready! Staff let us into the room 4 hours early to get ready at no extra cost! Very greatful and a lovely stay had all round.
