The apartment was very clean, to a professional standard. Very spacious and had no issues getting comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfect for my needs. Getting there was easy, helpful directions were immediately sent after booking and the landlord was very courteous and responded quickly to any and all of my questions.

Excellent location; perfect for the NEC and easy to reach. Breakfast was very good & you could virtually have whatever you liked (Bacon sandwich was a must!). The hospitality of the hosts was second to none; the personal touch really does make a difference. I'd stay here again without hesitation & this is one of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed in.

We couldn’t have experienced a better staying, Jane and her mum have been so caring and lovely, making sure all our needs were fulfilled. The room and facilities were always clean and ready to use.
