Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The apartment was immaculate & much bigger than I expected. Tge area is beautiful & there were plenty of places to see & things to do. Our hosts were great & easy to get in contact with, they also gave lots of local recomnendations of places to eat & things to do. Will definitely be back again!
This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in, from the house to the garden and even a lake! The host was amazing, nothing too much bother and made me feel so welcome. The breakfast was beautiful and a lovely selection of good quality food.
Alice & Klaus were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay special! They even had lots of toddler friendly treats & toiletries for our son. Sitting out in the garden after the sauna was ideal.
We loved our stay at Forest Path. The bedroom is large and comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked. Communication with the hosts was great and they were very accommodating. A quiet and peaceful stay - I wish we had stayed longer!
Been at many airbnbs/apartments in Ireland over the years and this was hands down one of the nicest. Lots of lovely touches from the host and really, really well equipped. Location was super quiet and in the middle of beautiful nature. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, huge tv. Really nothing you could have asked for. Also the pictures don’t do it justice!
FYI: Sauna was 10£ for each 2hour session. Give then overall really good price, it’s still a fair deal.
The location was excellent, peaceful and quiet. The accommodation was also excellent and and well maintained with a sauna which is a nice touch, also the fridge was well stocked. The host obviously take pride in their work, great place would definitely stay again.
