At the guest house, rooms have a wardrobe. The rooms come with a kettle and a private bathroom with a shower and slippers, while selected rooms also feature a kitchenette fitted with a fridge. At Summer Isles Hotel every room has bed linen and towels. Some room have coastal and sea views, and TV.

We had flat tire (apparently quite a frequent occurrence in the Highlands) in the middle of nowhere (no signal) on our way to the hotel. Eventually, with help of kind strangers we were dropped off at the hotel. Simon, a maintenance guy, drove us back to the car and put the spare tire (will further comment on flat tire in my review of the rental car agency). Position of the hotel is exquisite, the room was large and tastefully decorated, bathroom was huge - on this trip I have never seen as large and as well equipped bathroom. The staff, Klara and Paul (manager) very friendly and helpful. Excellent food.

Adore this little hostel. Ruth is a great host, and the croft house is lovely - warm, and loads of charm with modern facilities. And the location, wow! One of the most beautiful places in Scotland. There's a lot of geological history, and quite a few walks / things to see around Coigach, so it's worth spending more than one night here.

Everything was spot on! A wonderful host, a brilliant location, a breath-taking view, and the place is very close to the beach. The place is very clean and quiet and the breakfast is also a five-star. Highly recommended and I would definitely consider staying there again when visiting the area. Essam

Ian, the live-in owner, was a great host and made it quite clear on the house rules. A very peaceful location with stunning views, worth the extra time travelling to stay on this remote Peninsula. Well catered continental breakfast. An evening meal (booking is essential) or takeaway can be taken at the very popular Fuaran Bar which specialises in seafood, a 5-min drive from Tigh na Tilleadh.

WOW. This place was our second last stop on a 5 night whistle-stop tour of my bonnie Scotland. It was chosen because it fitted in with the travelling we had to do each day. We expected nothing special but we could not have been more wrong. Wonderful host, so helpful, and friendly. We dined at the local hotel down the road and enjoyed a mile walk home after our meal along one of the quietest and most beautiful settings, I think I have EVER seen. I didn't want to leave. You MUST stay here. Book it, book it NOW.
