Patricia was a gracious and helpful host, meeting with us at the check in and calling back regularly to make sure that we had everything we needed. Her place was tastefully decorated and very clean. Though located on the main street to the Palace, the property is tucked away at the back and very quiet.

The host was really friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The location was excellent (close to Versailles and a direct train link to central Paris), the property was quiet, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent value for money. Overall a very positive experience.

Booked this place "by accident" due to proximity to my business destination before realizing that it was a guest room in a private apartment. Turned out to be an excellent choice. The owner ensured a very positive personal welcome and good-bye, but he stayed discreet and never became intrusive. The place is on a high floor with elevator, well secured, tastefully decorated, modern, exceptionally clean and well-equipped. A very good alternative to a hotel.
