Everything is new and studio is very nicely decorated, I was very impressed that the owner thought about every small detail that you may need in the kitchen or in the bathroom. We had a great stay here! Metro and bus stops are just nearby, as well as several supermarkets (auchan, lidl, l’eclerc) and restaurants (local cuisine). Tv and WiFi worked well all the time. The owner is very friendly and tries to create a super comfortable spot to stay in Paris. Thanks again!

The host is very helpful and went over and above to make our stay a memorable one. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and there was always plenty of choice at breakfast. Anne is a lovely person along with her two little dogs. We would stay again and would definitely recommend a stay to anyone. There is a bus stop directly outside and the bus is only a few minutes ride away to a train station with direct links to Paris.

Feels like like staying at a relatives house for a visit! Quiet and clean, couldn't ask for a better place to stay at.

This is one of the most unusual places I have ever been: the house is Louis XIV style and the rooms are freshly decorated in similar style, even the heater and the tiles are authentic, it makes you feel like a royalty and the owners contribute to that with their politeness and hospitality. Breakfast was also great, and what impressed me bit time was the lift and the library - a lift for a couple of floors is a nice touch and demonstrates the willingness of the hosts to perfection and comfort. The books were well selected and should go back for longer to be able to enjoy them.

Paris-Gare-de-Lyon is 26 km from the guest house, while Orsay Museum is 26 km from the property. The nearest airport is Paris - Orly Airport, 10 km from Domaine de Ris. It was a perfect experience: very clean, very warm and comfortable rooms and especially bathrooms. A great spirit of the house, like being the part of some 19th century book. We were really charmed. A perfect place for the family, with enough room for everyone.

Safe off-street parking and short walk into amazing historic sites. Good restaurants very close too. Hosts were extremely friendly, making us feel at home. Great breakfast too.

Located in Seine-Port, in a historic building, 47 km from Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles, Propriété Les Ruisseaux is a guest house with a garden and barbecue facilities. Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this guest house is 47 km from Luxembourg Gardens and 48 km from Sainte-Chapelle. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The hotel was just like a small chateau, with very beautiful and large garden. It was also facing the river seine, and can actually access to it (5 min walk to the river in the back yard). The room was spacious, cozy, very clean. Wifi worked well in the room. Breakfast was tasty. But the most important point was that we had an excellent owner who hosted us as a guest.
