    We had car problems getting there but our hosts were wonderful and took care of us at a late hour. They were always helpful and offered good advice. The bed was comfortable and the facilities suited our needs perfectly. What a wonderful place to stay, especially if the weather is kind.

    Super friendly front of house. Great location. Great room that looked newly renovated. Great breakfast. I don’t understand the 2* rating, it’s much much better than that. Maybe it’s because they don’t have an elevator that’s all I can think of as it was terrific.

    Loved the location, very close to the town centre and the style of the property was good. It was comfortable, well equipped, and in a quiet area which was only a short walk to shops and restaurants. Great rental for this reason.

    This slightly quirky hotel was a fabulous base for exploring the nearby volcanoes and hills. Very comfortable with a fabulous breakfast. The host was very helpful and spoke good English. Very quiet

    Very nice, big and cosy place. Perfectly suited for families as the two main rooms are separated with two doors. Very nice view. Quiet at night. Very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

    The hotel was excellent, exceptionally clean and well presented. The lady on reception was lovely. She took time to speak English and nothing was too much trouble. She upgraded our room to the beautiful butterfly room as they were quiet. A great experience. I would certainly return and highly recommend this hotel. Also great location.
