Wonderful place in great location for cycling the Cider Route. Heartful, personalized service, great breakfast with local and home-made delicacies. Good restaurant and cidrerie recommendations. Cats, chickens, apple, pear and plum trees to make it even more special and pretty. We had bikes delivered from Caen with small delivery fee, and it was the perfect location to cycle on quiet roads on (partially) marked cycle routes.

We loved our stay at Casateja Houlgate and will definitely be returning. The home was in a beautiful, quiet setting and had everything we needed for our young family. The beds were very comfy and the host provided stair gate, cot and high chair for our toddler. It truly was a home from home.
Apartment is in older historical building, nicely decorated with modern and retro furniture. It is well equipped and host (Audrey) is super friendly and helpfull. Quiet with relaxing sound of running watter from a creek behind the house
