I highly recommend it for its position right behind la Playa de las Canteras, very very convenient, just 2 mins walking.
All around it's full of services such as restaurants, cafè, supermarkets and 24h shop to buy all necessary stuff.
Jose and the staff are super nice and available for any of your needs, just like being at home. Nice terrace in the roof top for relax, barbecue available. Good solution in Las Palmas and great value for money.

Very easy to access, clear information with the codes. The room and surroundings were clean, there was nice smell, also the kitchen is well-equiped. The best bed and mattraces!

Excellent hotel in great location. Just a short walk from the many bars and restaurants in the old town. Our room was lovely and with its own balcony was perfect for our week long stay. Volker and Tee were welcome and charming hosts, only too happy to help with restaurant bookings and great recommendations in Las Palmas. Great location. Las Canteras beach, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and all other services just around the corner. A well-equipped apartment, especially the kitchen. The dishwasher was an excellent thing. A nice balcony and a large roof terrace as a bonus. Good parking garage very close by (Padre Coeto). You get a parking space for a week cheaply (35 euros). Smooth communication with host.

The apartment had everything we needed: washer with dryer, fridge, nice kitchen and very welcoming hosts.
The kitchen has a kind of open roof, but it was nice to hear locals singing during their days.
The bed was really comfortable, only the first night we bumped into its wooden frame, as we were not paying attention.
Towels were soft and clean smelling, same with beach towels provided by our host.
Great location, closed to old city center, quiet surrounding, a lot of shops (incl.supermarket), bar and restaurants nearby for regular stuff and mercado de vegueta for local products.

A charming little guesthouse in the Triana/Centro area. Great location in a mostly residential area, but just a few steps from San Telmo and central Triana. Beautiful old building. The place is well kept and clean. Never saw the hosts, but communication was clear and good.
