    What a delight to have such a warm welcome and exceptional service! The host went above and beyond with a welcome beverage, carrying my luggage upstairs, and bringing us a mini fridge (when we asked for ice to keep our breakfast food cold). When we were having a glass of wine on the shared terrace, he gave my spouse a flower in a vase to hand to me for a romantic moment. Great stop for El Camino de Santiago pilgrims - close to a couple restaurants and grocery, jetted tub, comfortable bedding, and works well with luggage transfer services.

    The nicest place I have stayed on my Camino. The host met me with a complementary drink, gave me a map and explained how to get to all the important places in town, and carried my bag up to my room. The room was beautiful with exquisite linens and the bathroom had a deep soaking tub (with handles), and generously-sized luxury toiletries, perfect for a sore and tired pilgrim. Give yourself a treat on your Camino and stay here.

    It’s absolutely gorgeous. Clean big beautiful old style rooms, the jacuzzi in my bathroom was an absolute treat! Lovely hosts, so very friendly! The pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s even prettier! Had a wonderful stay here!!!

    Great location on the Camino. Very good for bikers because you can easily store your bike overnight. My room was exceptional and comfortable. Excellent customer care and advice.

    The owner's warm hospitality instantly made us feel at home, which was especially appreciated after a long day on the Camino from Luarca. The hotel's prime location and charming decor make it a true hidden gem, well worth the price. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and provided us with excellent recommendations for both dining and sightseeing. This place is highly recommended—we'll definitely be returning!

    Arrived cold and wet after a long day on the Camino. An exceptional welcome from the host who, whilst I was getting my passport, quickly delivered a beer ! Later that evening, as I was heading into town, he stopped his car and told me to jump in as he was heading that way ! The house has been carefully restored with a good eye for detail and very quiet. Slept like a baby !

    I stayed one night at Casa Xusto on my Camino del Norte. The owner / host Pepe was exceptionally kind and helpful and went out of his way to ensure his guests were happy. My room was lovely and soooo quiet - it was the best night’s sleep I had on the entire Camino!

    Casa Xusto has the most friendly, helpful and welcoming host we met during our holiday. He could just give you tips about any beach, restaurant or fiesta in the area! Comfortable, spacious rooms, access to a neat terrace... Superb breakfast when available and a quiet, easily accessible location made this a new favourite. I cannot recommend enough la Caridad and the surroundings!
