Location was perfect! Quiet street just outside of town. Beautiful yard, fruit trees, birds and flowers everywhere. Hosts are absolutely amazing people and super accommodating to anything needed or wanted. They even went and got dinner for us since we got in so late and didn't know where to go that was still open!!!
Great location and everything you need. Exceeded expectations. Even Netflix on the TV if you're so inclined. Great for a break in Puyo. Close to Supermarket.
The property was extremely clean and the family/owners were very nice people.
The breakfast was fantastic the next morning as well with lovely fresh fruit, smoothie, croissant and scrambled egg.

The hostel is in really beautiful place on the "last road" before the forest. The dormitorio is really nice and all the structure give you really a fantastic peaceful mood. The two host was ok, they give you suggestions, but It seems like things aren't being handled, things happen but aren't part of an organized management.
The hostal is close to the center of Puyo. The owner helped us a lot with organizing our travels, they are very friendly and always with a smile on their faces. :) Thank you again!
This is a relaxing spot with lots of space to work.
Daniel and the host are very kind and will look after you well. For example, I arrived late and was given lemon grass tea from the garden as well as dinner. The next day, the host also cooked lunch for me, which was nice.
The breakfast was exceptional: traditional and delicious. The room was tasteful. The family who runs the hostel is very friendly. The location in the busy city center is perfect.
Los Balcones is a modest place, and yet very homey, quiet and private. The apartments are very basic yet contain the essentials, are very spacious and bright, and great value at this price point. The owner is very charming and helpful. I think the added bonus is that Los Balcones is located in the residential entertainment district, close to great restaurants and bars, between the parque and the riverside malecon.
