The Hotel receptionist is not able to speak english very well, he was rude with me because I arrived late for check in, and he was on the bed already, I had to call the number on the front door and had to call twice to ask him to open the door, very bad manners even after I have explained that my flight was delayed, I did not want to stay for the second night and he forced me to pay de second night

The robots helping with the service in the restaurant are cute, and the automatic lawnmower that travels around the hotel 24/7 provides endless entertainment.
Free water was a real bonus, given the blazing heat, and the air conditioning worked so quietly (unlike in other hotels) that we could leave it on overnight, which was a life-saver.

High-quality family-run hotel in a quiet location, but perfect base for walking in the area. The restaurant serves traditional Frankonian food but prepared in a quite original style; well worth visiting for several dinners! They also suppprt the local breweries by serving local beer.
It was a wonderful experience! The apartment is spacious and clean, the host very kind and hospitable. We loved the location and will surely return.
