    hotel is without breakfast and there is no reception - you entre with a code. But room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. You can switch on and off the air conditioning, which is very good. All in all very good hotel 15 min from city centre, clos to A9 highway but without its noise.

    The garden around the guesthouse, peace and quiet. This is a monastery guesthouse, so don't expect luxury, but you have everything you need in a simple way. Local mineral water is excellent (2 bottles per room/night provided.) Breakfast was good. Religious sisters and girls who work there for the summer are quite nice, although not all of them speak foreign languages. It is close to the old town Neumarkt, which is georgeous.

    The hotel had a good system, where we could collect our key from a safety box after hours. The room was spacious and clean. It was easy to find. We travel with our dog and it was a great location for a quick walk in the evening and in the morning with access to a walking path along a field. There was a supermarket, petrol station and a café right on the doorstep. Very quiet building, we had a good rest after a long drive. Will use it again!
