The breakfast was excellent, and the timings were flexible. It was one of my best stays in Europe; I would return and recommend it!

    The whole place was really exceptional. A historic Fachwerkhaus that made the perfect base to explore the ancient town of Lemgo. Yet while the original timbers remained, the inside of the house has been thoroughly modernised, giving all the comforts of the 21st century. And the owner has made the place very homely as well, with artworks and books. An absolutely stunning place to spend a holiday or perhaps a quiet time of reflection.

    Quiet peaceful location, lovely views of the park. The property was very spacious, warm, exceptionally clean and very well-equipped with all that we needed. Our host was lovely, very accommodating of our later check in and even provided us with bedding to enable our daughter to stay over on the sofa bed which was an added bonus! Thank you! Would highly recommend this property.
