Family run. Great view from road. Just two bedrooms upstairs with balcony. Very quiet. Breakfast is laid out in the morning outside the room for you to help yourself. With the tax you pay the owner gives you a travel pass to use in the area. We went on the cable car to Zugspitz which was wonderful and caught the bus just down the road. Had 2 meals at Dorfbrunnen hotel (which gives massive potions!) which is 5 minutes in the car (a bit too far to walk). Would highly recommend a stay here.

The location is amazing. The town is in close proximity to Garmish and Eibsee, and yet away from crowd. The town itself is very cute and lots of places to roam around. The stay itself was very comfortable. The host was very good and kind. We received a very walm welcome and she gave the tour of the apartment. Provided all the details to travel nearby and gave us our Travelpasses of the area which allows to travel free on buses and trains. Apartment has everything that you might need for your needs. Kitchen has everything. I would definitely come back next time.

Friendly and helpful staff, very nice atmosphere! Location is also very convenient - only a few minutes to the train or bus station. The room was very cosy, there was everything we need at the kitchen and we had a pretty balcony with a view. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would definitely come again! Very good price/quality ratio.

Breakfast was excellent and they even surprised us with an Easter Basket! Owners were very kind and accommodating. We even ran into him at dinner! Walking distance to local shops and hikes. Will stay again!
